Refund Policy

We accept returns of eligible, unused, and unopened items within 7 working days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions (if opened or used), skincare products, boric acid suppositories, and other personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1-7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
